The Timeshare Rental Administrator is responsible for administering and optimizing timeshare rental listings and reservations. This role performs administrative, customer service and accounting functions related to listing agreements including but not limited to: reservation processing, deposit tracking, and owner/guest communications. Manages all deposit transactions and ensures timely guest payments and commission disbursements and owner disbursements in accordance with company policies, contractual agreements and approved compensation plans. This role thoroughly understands the rental management agreements and ensures adherence to the terms per the agreements, balancing the needs of both owners, guests and with the profitability of the company.
