About The Position

The Rental Administrator is responsible for the coordination and administration of all Rental orders. Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

Requirements

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products, including Excel and Word.
  • Working knowledge of inventory management and asset allocation principles.
  • Strong time-management skills with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Demonstrated customer relations skills with a focus on service excellence.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to plan, prioritize, and organize work effectively.
  • Ability to manage multiple customer accounts and tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong judgment, reasoning, and problem-solving skills.
  • Requires a minimum of a High School Diploma/ GED and 3 years of experience in material handling industry.

Responsibilities

  • Develops and maintains a working relationship with Sales Department for all Rental Equipment Sales.
  • Administers all Rental transactions via CRM and ERP system.
  • Sources equipment via internal inventory, Raylease, Raymond Dealer and Wholesale options, based on requested specifications and provides used price quotes based on age and condition of unit(s).
  • Evaluates Raymond and competitive equipment for trade-in values.
  • Sources new or refurbished batteries, chargers and related accessories.
  • Works with Regional Rental Managers on all aspects of renewed order processing including renewed asset repair quotes and assessed rebuild quality.
  • Evaluates rental order profitability.
  • Responsible for processing new or refurbished battery orders, chargers and any related accessories.
  • Works with Transportation Department to coordinate shipping of Rental orders.
  • Collaborates with Sales Coordination for order completion and invoicing.
  • Manages and facilitates Rental Warranty claims.
  • Develops and maintains working relationships with applicable vendors.
  • Maintains contact with the public, customers, and other employees for the use of information exchange.
  • Performs related duties as assigned or as the situation dictates.
