Requirements

• Post-secondary education in a relevant field or equivalent experience
• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in housing, healthcare, or nonprofit sectors
• Operational leadership across resident services and maintenance
• Resident engagement and occupancy management
• Facilities and grounds oversight including inspections and contractors
• Safety and security management
• Strong, evidence-based decision-making
• Communication and relationship-building
• Ability to manage competing priorities
• Problem-solving and critical thinking
• Compassionate, service-oriented, and committed to making a difference in seniors' lives
• Strong, collaborative leader who builds trust and develops others
