About The Position

The base salary for this position is $23.58 hourly. As our Beach Club Host, you will accommodate and greet our guests with aloha and ensure their seating arrangements are as requested and to the best of our ability. Greet and accommodate guests with aloha, ensuring their seating arrangements are as requested. Manage beach reservations using software, including upselling halau reservations. Answer phones promptly and courteously, and handle guest inquiries professionally. Set up floor plans, create guest profiles, and check menus for cleanliness. Stock host area supplies and maintain a clean environment. Use radio and wirekit for discreet communication with staff. Sell beach club retail items when available. Assist other team members as needed. Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in various weather conditions. Maintain knowledge of resort facilities and operations. Be available for all shifts and hours as required.

Requirements

Ability to obtain Tuberculosis clearance.

Nice To Haves

High School education preferred.
Previous related experience preferred.
CPR and/or first aid certifications preferred.
