Timekeeper Play an integral role in supporting the successful delivery of industrial construction projects by ensuring accurate workforce timekeeping, payroll data integrity, and labor reporting. As a Timekeeper, you will serve as a critical link between craft personnel, field supervision, project controls, payroll, and project leadership, helping maintain accurate labor records that support project execution, workforce compliance, and operational efficiency. Working in a dynamic construction environment, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate workforce time records, supporting payroll processes, tracking labor hours, and ensuring project labor data is properly documented and reported. Your attention to detail and commitment to accuracy will directly contribute to project performance, cost tracking, workforce accountability, and employee satisfaction. The Timekeeper plays an important role in supporting project operations by ensuring workforce timekeeping processes are executed accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with company requirements. This role provides administrative and payroll-related support for project teams through the accurate collection, verification, entry, reconciliation, and reporting of labor hours and workforce information. Through effective communication and strong organizational skills, you will help ensure employees are compensated accurately while providing project leadership with reliable workforce data to support project planning and execution. You will be responsible for Recording, reviewing, and processing employee time and attendance information accurately and in a timely manner. Verifying daily craft labor hours, overtime, shift differentials, classifications, and related payroll information. Supporting weekly payroll activities by ensuring workforce records are complete, accurate, and compliant with company procedures. Coordinating with supervisors, forepersons, payroll personnel, and project management teams to resolve timekeeping discrepancies and missing information. Maintaining employee labor records, workforce rosters, attendance logs, and supporting documentation. Preparing routine reports related to labor utilization, workforce hours, attendance, and project staffing metrics. Reviewing data for accuracy and identifying errors, inconsistencies, or potential issues before processing. Supporting project controls, cost reporting, and workforce planning activities through accurate labor data management. Maintaining confidentiality of employee information and payroll-related records. Assisting employees and supervisors with timekeeping processes, questions, and system usage. Supporting onboarding and workforce administration activities as required. Following established procedures, policies, and reporting requirements while ensuring compliance with applicable project and company standards. Assisting with audits, payroll reconciliations, and workforce record reviews. Supporting continuous improvement initiatives that enhance timekeeping accuracy, efficiency, and reporting capabilities.
