About The Position

The Time Capture Specialist manages time clocks and provides training and technical support for the systems. This is a full-time, direct-hire position located at the company headquarters in Columbus, Ohio. The role includes shipping time clocks to new clients and on-site locations, maintaining inventory records, and performing audits. The specialist also supports branches and clients and helps ensure successful company operations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to develop others through teaching or training.
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Experience managing time and attendance and time clocks.
• Ability to maintain records and perform quality inspections.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and data entry.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service to clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage time clocks.
• Provide technical support to branches and clients.
• Train new employees and clients to use time clocks and guide them through the E-portal.
• Ship time clocks to new clients and on-site locations.
• Maintain an Excel inventory spreadsheet for time clocks, including locations and dates shipped and received.
• Perform audits.
• Maintain records and perform quality inspections.
• Carry out other duties that may arise to ensure successful company operations.
