About The Position

The Reality Capture Specialist travels to client sites throughout California, including hospitals, clinics, construction projects, and commercial facilities, to capture interior and exterior spaces using 360° cameras and reality-capture hardware. The captured data supports the creation of digital twins, as-built floor plans, and facility condition assessment (FCA) reports for customers in healthcare, construction, and facilities management. This is a hands-on, detail-driven field role requiring systematic coverage of assigned spaces and consistent capture quality. The specialist keeps accurate records of what was captured, where it was captured, and its condition, while working efficiently around occupied buildings, active job sites, and client schedules. The role is part of Field Operations and works closely with an on-site team, the VP of Operations, and the internal team that processes captures into finished deliverables. It involves statewide travel, including frequent overnight and multi-day trips and over 50% travel.
