TikTok Shop Intern
About The Position
Nutrabolt is seeking a motivated, creative, and organized intern to support Bloom Nutrition’s TikTok Shop team. Bloom Nutrition is a wellness brand founded by wellness influencer and entrepreneur Mari Llewellyn. The internship offers hands-on experience with social commerce, creator communities, affiliate marketing, and livestream selling. It is described as a full-time Summer/Fall internship with potential to continue ongoing. The role is based at Bloom HQ in Austin, Texas, and requires onsite work Monday through Thursday for 15–29 hours per week. It is a paid opportunity. The intern will help manage creator communities, build relationships with creators and affiliates, support onboarding and outreach, research prospective creators, coordinate livestream campaigns and activations, and track participation and performance. They will also monitor TikTok trends and support product launches and other campaign initiatives.
Requirements
- Passion for TikTok, social media, creator marketing, and online communities.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proactive and personable approach, with comfort communicating with creators daily.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized.
- Proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets for tracking creator performance, outreach, and campaigns.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain clear communication across creator communities and internal teams.
- Must be able to work onsite Monday through Thursday in Austin, Texas.
Nice To Haves
- Familiarity with Discord, Lark, TikTok Shop, or affiliate marketing.
- Experience moderating or managing online communities.
- Experience creating TikTok content.
- Understanding of TikTok trends, LIVE selling, or e-commerce.
- High level of personal activity on social media platforms.
- Spanish-speaking ability.
Responsibilities
- Manage and engage with creator communities across Discord and Lark.
- Build relationships with creators, affiliates, and LIVE streamers.
- Monitor community chats and respond to creator questions in a timely manner.
- Support creator onboarding, outreach, and follow-up communication.
- Identify and source new TikTok Shop creators for affiliate outreach.
- Research emerging LIVE creators and affiliates with potential for TikTok Shop.
- Assist with LIVE campaign coordination, giveaways, and creator activations.
- Track creator participation and campaign performance.
- Monitor TikTok trends, viral products, and emerging creators.
- Support product launches and special campaign initiatives.
- Communicate across creator communities and internal teams while managing multiple priorities.
