About The Position

Joybyte is seeking a client-focused Account Manager with hands-on experience in TikTok Shop or other major marketplace platforms like Amazon. The ideal candidate understands social commerce operations and can drive measurable success for clients. This role requires a passion for e-commerce, creator collaborations, and platform optimization, with the ability to quickly contribute without a long ramp-up period.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years experience in Account Management (digital marketing preferred).
  • Has direct experience managing or supporting TikTok Shop or other e-commerce marketplace platforms (Amazon, Walmart Marketplace, etc.)
  • Is fluent in marketplace operations like product listings, promotional strategies, shop optimization, performance reporting, and creator/affiliate partnerships
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills - a true "people person."
  • Proven experience managing client accounts across diverse platforms, including social media, social commerce, e-commerce, and multi-channel environments.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Problem-solving and strategic thinking skills to develop and implement winning social media strategies.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and Google Suite.
  • A passion for social media and a commitment to staying ahead of industry trends.

Nice To Haves

  • Candidates with direct TikTok Shop experience or who have worked at TikTok, Amazon, or closely with these platforms are strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Champion TikTok Shop Success: Act as the primary point of contact for TikTok Shop and marketplace clients, understanding their platform-specific goals and helping them grow efficiently.
  • Launch & Optimize: Oversee client onboarding, product listings, shop setup, promotions, reporting, and collaboration with affiliate creators-ensuring marketplace performance from day one.
  • Lead With Strategy: Translate business needs into actionable deliverables. Coordinate internal teams (strategy, creative, content) to deliver on-time, data-backed campaigns that perform on social commerce platforms.
  • Build Lasting Relationships: Become a trusted partner who communicates clearly, anticipates needs, and drives long-term success through operational excellence.
