About The Position

Grail is seeking a motivated Social Commerce Specialist to join their team. Grail has grown into a team of nearly 200 people focused on helping creators monetize their audiences through talent management, TikTok Shop, and TikTok Go. They are one of the largest Social Commerce partners of TikTok. This role is ideal for someone excited by the fast-paced world of Social Commerce, where you will be spending much of your time, as the e-commerce industry is constantly evolving and platforms like TikTok reach over 1B+ users.

• Organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities

• No direct experience required, platform knowledge is a plus

Responsibilities

• Sourcing and outreach to high-potential TikTok Go creators and secure their participation in the TikTok Go program
• Work with the team to define our go to market strategy for TikTok Go
• Collaborate closely with the Bytedance team
• Execute and track performance across the creator onboarding process
• Collaborate with the TikTok Go team to drive creator participation in TikTok Go visits and other TikTok Go opportunities
• Support day-to-day operations to ensure the smooth running of the TikTok Go program
• Keep a keen eye on competitor agencies
• Become proficient in internal systems and workflows
• Work cross-functionally with the wider Social Commerce team
