About The Position

Smard Art is hiring a TikTok Live Hostess for an onsite performance role in Atlanta. The host will appear on camera, sell Smard Art products to a live audience, and use energetic presentation and product storytelling to convert viewers into customers. The role also includes creating short-form TikTok content to support live-selling campaigns and representing the brand professionally. The position is onsite at 1737 Ellsworth Industrial Blvd NW, Atlanta, GA 30318. It is a W-2 employee role with pay starting at $30 per hour, plus commission and benefits. The hiring process includes an application review and initial virtual discussion, followed by an in-person trial session hosting a mock live session.

Requirements

Experience in live selling, livestream hosting, retail sales, outside sales, or another customer-facing sales role is required.
Strong understanding of TikTok culture and live commerce.
Excellent English communication skills.
Confidence and ability to engage large audiences and hold their attention for extended periods.
Professional appearance suitable for brand representation.
Reliability, self-motivation, and a results-oriented approach.
Ability to take direction, apply feedback quickly, and remain coachable.
Preparation through learning the products and understanding the target audience.
Ability to maintain energy across sessions and adapt when products, formats, or direction change.
Ownership of performance and commitment to improving the craft.

Responsibilities

Host TikTok Live sessions to showcase and sell art products in real time.
Engage viewers with energy, confidence, and a professional on-camera presence.

Answer viewer questions and address customer concerns during live broadcasts.
Present product information and promotions accurately.
