About The Position
The Ticketing & Marketing Intern will work closely with North Texas SC’s Ticket Sales and Service team to support sales campaigns, fan outreach, and match-day operations at Texas Health Mansfield Stadium. This is an hourly, event-based internship focused on sports ticket sales and fan engagement, offering hands-on experience with a professional sports organization. Hours are flexible to accommodate school or work schedules, although some nights, weekends, and holidays are required.
Requirements
- Be an active college student; college credit is required.
- Be at least 17 years of age upon hire.
- Be eligible to work in the United States.
- Have reliable transportation to and from events.
- Have strong customer service skills and a friendly, enthusiastic demeanor.
- Be available on weekends and evenings.
Nice To Haves
- Prior customer service experience.
Responsibilities
- Support single-game, group, and season membership sales campaigns.
- Make outbound sales calls and assist with promotional duties.
- Conduct research for sales representatives and managers.
- Oversee match-day operations at Texas Health Mansfield Stadium.
- Provide quality customer service to guests and prospects.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
