About The Position

The Video Production Intern will report to the Senior Multimedia Producer and support the day-to-day objectives of the FC Dallas Multimedia Department throughout the 2027 sprint season. This internship provides hands-on experience shooting, editing, and distributing content for a Major League Soccer club, with experience relevant to careers in sports, entertainment, or digital media. The internship runs from February through July 2027. Candidate hours are flexible to accommodate school or work schedules, though some nights, weekends, and holidays are required.

Requirements

• Be an active college student; college credit is required.
• Pursue a degree in film, digital media, communications, or a related field.
• Have strong video production skills; a reel or video samples are required.
• Have flexible availability, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Be eligible to work in the United States.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Sony cameras and Adobe Premiere.
• Basic animation skills in Adobe After Effects CC.

Responsibilities

• Shoot and edit video for the website, social media, and game presentation.
• Upload and distribute content to video platforms.
• Work weekdays and game days covering highlights, recaps, social media video, and partner content.
• Support content needs for Toyota Stadium, North Texas SC, FC Dallas Youth and Academy, and the National Soccer Hall of Fame.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
