About The Position

The Toronto Blue Jays are looking for Ticket Operations Representatives to join their team for the 2026 baseball season. This role involves assisting ticket holders outside Rogers Centre gates with the Blue Jays mobile ticket app and providing customer service at the box office. The ideal candidate will have a friendly and engaging approach to address questions and resolve issues, focusing on finding the right solution for each fan. These are seasonal roles aligned with the baseball and Rogers Centre events schedule, spanning from approximately June to November 2026. This is a part-time contract position.

Requirements

  • Must be able to work all 81 home games (evenings, weekends, and holidays) and other Rogers Centre concerts/events as required.
  • Ticketing experience; knowledge of Ticketmaster systems preferred (PCI, Archtics, TM1)
  • Ability to work in a busy, fast-paced environment while standing/walking outdoors for 3-5 hour shifts
  • Excellent people skills with the ability to interact effectively with fans and collaborate with staff members at all levels within the organization
  • A committed, patient and professional approach to customer service excellence including AODA Customer Services
  • Standard developed through a minimum of two years previous work experience
  • Reliable, responsible and punctual
  • Proven ability to work well both independently and as a team player

Responsibilities

  • Proactively interact with fans to provide mobile ticket delivery support outside Rogers Centre gates
  • Provide dedicated ticket support services for Blue Jays ticket purchasers using Ticketmaster's Archtics System, TMWin and TM1 Entry
  • Handle customer service inquiries related to turnstile issues, transferred tickets, relocates and upgrades
  • Ensure the application of WE CARE service principles in all interactions with fans
  • Have experienced knowledge of Blue Jays gate entry processes, mobile ticket apps and Rogers Centre seating plan
  • Have a knowledgeable understanding of all Blue Jays staff policies, including health and safety protocols
  • Commitment to contributing positively to a culture of equality within an inclusive and safe workplace
  • Perform other duties as needed to support a positive gameday experience

Benefits

  • The anticipated base compensation for this role is $18.55 per hour.
