About The Position

This is a seasonal position that requires working Cleveland Browns home game days and other potential concerts, events, and non-event days. Responsibilities include selling tickets through the Archtics ticketing platform, troubleshooting ticket issues using TM1 Sales (Ticketmaster), and providing real-time support at stadium gate entrances. The role also involves supporting ticket scanning and entry at both the ticket office and stadium gate entrances. A key aspect of the job is to display the highest level of courtesy, professionalism, integrity, and enthusiasm in servicing all customers at Huntington Bank Field. The representative must be able to communicate clearly and persuasively in various situations and remain professional with all guests.

Requirements

• High school diploma
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proven organization skills
• Computer literate
• Strong customer service skills
• Willingness to learn and adapt to change in a fast-paced, professional setting

• Ticketmaster and Archtics experience

Responsibilities
