About The Position

The Ticket Buyer purchases tickets at venue box offices for live events, including music, sports, and theatrical performances. Ticket purchase orders are received through a smartphone app. The buyer travels to venues, purchases tickets using a company-provided credit card, enters purchase details in the app, and ships the tickets to the company. Commissions are paid weekly by direct deposit after the tickets are received; there is no base pay. The role offers a flexible schedule and does not require prior experience.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Be eligible to work in the United States.
• Be physically able to drive, ride, or walk to venues to buy tickets.
• Have a smartphone to view order requests and enter detailed purchase information.
• Be able to work approximately two days per week, one to four hours per day, generally between 10:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m.; venue box office hours vary.
• Be able to communicate through SMS.
• Be accurate, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
• Be trustworthy, reliable, and engaging.
• Have good verbal communication skills.

Nice To Haves

• Experience as a rideshare or delivery driver, shopper, courier, or in other gig-type jobs may be a good fit; no experience is necessary.
