About The Position

We are a leader in the entertainment industry specializing in ticketing for live events, including music, sports, and theatrical performances. The company provides tickets nationwide and uses technology to offer customers a strong experience at a competitive price. The Ticket Buyer purchases tickets at venue box offices in response to orders received through a smartphone app. Buyers travel to venues, use a company-provided credit card to make purchases, enter purchase details in the app, and ship the tickets to the company. Compensation is commission-based, paid weekly by direct deposit after the tickets are received; there is no base pay. The role offers a flexible schedule and can provide extra income. No experience is necessary.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years old.
Be eligible to work in the United States.
Be physically able to drive, ride, or walk to venues to buy tickets.
Have a smartphone to view order requests and enter detailed purchase information.
Be able to work approximately two days per week, one to four hours per day, generally between 10:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m.; venue box office hours vary.
Be able to communicate through SMS.
Be accurate, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
Be trustworthy, reliable, and engaging.
Have good verbal communication skills.

Nice To Haves

Experience as a rideshare or delivery driver, shopper, courier, or in another gig-type job may be a good fit; no experience is necessary.

Responsibilities
