About The Position

We are a leader in the entertainment industry, specializing in ticketing for live events across the nation, including music, sports, and theatrical performances. The company uses technology to provide customers with tickets and an enjoyable experience. The Ticket Buyer purchases tickets at venue box offices using purchase orders received through a smartphone app and a company-provided credit card. After buying tickets, the buyer enters purchase details in the app and ships the tickets to the company. Buyers earn commissions on each ticket purchase; commissions are paid weekly by direct deposit after the tickets are received. There is no base pay. The role offers a flexible schedule and may suit people with experience in gig work such as rideshare driving, delivery, shopping, or courier work, though no prior experience is necessary.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years old.
Be eligible to work in the United States.
Be physically able to drive, ride, or walk to venues to buy tickets.
Have a smartphone to view order requests and enter detailed purchase information.
Be able to work approximately two days per week, one to four hours per day, generally between 10:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m.; venue box office hours vary.
Be able to communicate through SMS.
Be accurate, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
Be trustworthy, reliable, and engaging.
Have good verbal communication skills.

Nice To Haves

Experience as a rideshare or delivery driver, shopper, courier, or in other gig-type work may be a good fit; no experience is necessary.

Responsibilities
