About The Position

Hagadone Marine Group represents The Hagadone Corporation's nautical business interests in retail boat sales, service, construction, storage, and recreation throughout North Idaho, Spokane, Western Montana and the Inland Northwest. Lake Coeur d’Alene Cruises is an integral part of HMG providing the highest quality cruises and catering events on Lake Coeur d’Alene. This position is for our Holiday Season which will run from November 2026 through January 3rd, 2027, and will be 20-40 hours per week.

Requirements

Basic math and money handling skills.
Must have a good or corrected vision to read a computer screen and verify data entries.
A neat, crisp, professional appearance is essential.
Positive attitude and willingness to resolve all challenges
Ability to describe all products and services provided with confidence and enthusiasm
Efficient, courteous service to our Guests.
Calm and organized disposition even when busy.
Work as a part of a team.

Responsibilities

Provide the highest possible level of service to our Guests
Selling and printing cruise tickets
Clear and professional communication of information and directions to Guests
Open location on time
General Administration
Greeting Guests
Answer phones
Reply to emails
Responsible for daily change bank, revenue deposit and reports
Must possess good cognitive skills in the areas of reading, proofreading, and problem solving/reasoning to assist in addressing a wide variety of Guest requests.
