About The Position

The Thrift Store Associate works in an Idaho Youth Ranch thrift store, supporting the organization’s mission to nurture hope, healing, and resilience in Idaho’s youth. The associate sells donated items, with profits funding the organization’s Programs and Services and helping make them accessible to Idaho youth. The role represents the Idaho Youth Ranch and involves customer service, processing sales, and handling donated merchandise.

Responsibilities

• Represent the Idaho Youth Ranch.
• Provide strong customer service and create a positive experience for customers.
• Operate cash registers and credit/check processing equipment.
• Sort, clean, price, and stock donated merchandise.
• Operate pallet jacks, hand carts, lift gates, and other loading and moving equipment.
