About The Position

The Thrift Store Associate works in an Idaho Youth Ranch thrift store, selling donated items to help fund the organization’s programs and services for Idaho youth. The role supports the mission of nurturing hope, healing, and resilience by helping make those services accessible to youth who need them. Associates represent the Idaho Youth Ranch, serve customers, process transactions, and prepare donated merchandise for sale.

Requirements

• Strong customer service skills and the ability to WOW customers.
• Ability to work weekends.

Responsibilities

• Represent the Idaho Youth Ranch.
• Operate cash registers and credit/check processing equipment.
• Sort, clean, price, and stock donated merchandise.
• Operate pallet jacks, hand carts, lift gates, and other loading and moving equipment.
• Provide customer service to thrift store customers.
