About The Position

The Thrift Store Associate works in an Idaho Youth Ranch thrift store and supports the organization’s mission to nurture hope, healing, and resilience in Idaho’s youth. The role sells donated items, with proceeds funding programs and services for Idaho youth. The position is located in Idaho, and candidates must live within a reasonable distance of the work location.

Requirements

• Strong customer service skills and the ability to provide an excellent customer experience.
• Ability to work weekends.
• Must be within a reasonable distance of the Idaho work location.

Responsibilities

• Represent the Idaho Youth Ranch.
• Operate cash registers and credit/check processing equipment.
• Sort, clean, price, and stock donated merchandise.
• Operate pallet jacks, hand carts, lift gates, and other loading and moving equipment.
• Provide customer service to thrift store customers.
