About The Position

The Third Person in Charge is responsible for operating the entire store when the Store Director and Assistant Store Director are not present. The position provides customer service, administers training to new employees, coordinates hiring activities, and assists with store merchandising execution. It also coordinates late-shift employees’ day-to-day activities, including assessing operational needs and training personnel, and assists with ordering, receiving, storing, pricing, stocking, and merchandising. Store assignments can change due to operational needs.
