About The Position

Fort Worth Physical Therapy, an H2 Health company, is hiring a full-time Therapy Support Specialist for its outpatient team in Fort Worth, Texas. This non-skilled support role helps the clinic run smoothly and supports patients throughout their visits, from scheduling and check-in to therapy preparation and assisting with non-skilled activities directed by a licensed therapist. The role does not involve independently evaluating patients, developing treatment plans, or providing services that require professional therapy licensure.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Comfortable using computers and learning healthcare systems.
Organized, dependable, and team-oriented.

Nice To Haves

Healthcare or medical office experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

Create a welcoming, positive experience for patients.
Support patient scheduling, intake, and front-office needs.
Assist with EMR tasks, referrals, and patient records.
Prepare patients and treatment areas for therapy.
Assist with exercises and functional activities as directed by a licensed therapist.
Keep therapy equipment and clinic spaces clean, safe, and ready.
Work closely with physical therapists, occupational therapists, and clinic team members.
Help the team stay organized so clinicians can focus on patient care.
