About The Position

Cibolo Creek Physical Therapy, an H2 Health company, is hiring a part-time Therapy Support Specialist for its outpatient team in Schertz, Texas. The role supports patients throughout their visits and helps keep the clinic operating smoothly in a collaborative physical therapy and occupational therapy environment. Duties include scheduling and check-in, preparing patients and treatment areas, and assisting with non-skilled activities under the direction of a licensed therapist. This is a non-skilled support role; it does not involve independently evaluating patients, developing treatment plans, or providing services that require professional therapy licensure.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Comfortable using computers and learning healthcare systems.
Organized, dependable, and team-oriented.

Nice To Haves

Healthcare or medical office experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

Create a welcoming, positive experience for patients.
Support patient scheduling, intake, and front-office needs.
Assist with EMR tasks, referrals, and patient records.
Prepare patients and treatment areas for therapy.
Assist with exercises and functional activities as directed by a licensed therapist.
Keep therapy equipment and clinic spaces clean, safe, and ready.
Work closely with physical therapists, occupational therapists, and clinic team members.
Help the team stay organized so clinicians can focus on patient care.
