About The Position

The Therapy Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and scheduling therapy visits for the home care agency, including visits assigned to staff and contractors. The role supports technical compliance for therapy services across multiple branches and uses scheduling templates in the electronic medical records system to maintain staff schedules in accordance with agency guidelines and productivity levels. The coordinator also assists with regulatory compliance and regularly runs, analyzes, and communicates scheduling reports and oversight to supervisors.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to exercise initiative and independent judgment.
• Strong oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Well organized with attention to detail.
• Good customer relations skills and a commitment to providing quality service.
• Ability to work with all individuals.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficient with computers and Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to perform data entry using scheduling software.
• Ability to support and demonstrate the agency’s core values and goals.
• Current valid driver’s license, auto liability insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Able to meet the position’s physical requirements, including sitting, standing, some pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 25 pounds.

• One to two years of experience in healthcare or home care scheduling.
