About The Position
The Orthopaedic Center is seeking a highly motivated Therapy Scheduler Floater. The position is based in Albertville and helps provide coverage in Scottsboro, Guntersville, and Hampton Cove. This is a full-time position averaging 40 hours per week. The Therapy Scheduler greets and assists patients with check-in and check-out, schedules appointments in person and by telephone, verifies insurance eligibility, collects payments, and performs other assigned tasks. The role requires effective communication with patients, TOC physicians, and staff.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and meet deadlines.
- Outstanding organizational, time-management, and writing skills.
- Ability to speak clearly and concisely.
- Knowledge of data entry and Excel.
- Ability to work independently; self-starting and highly motivated.
- A proven positive, teamwork-oriented attitude in work history.
Nice To Haves
- Customer Service Representative experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
