About The Position

PT Solutions Physical Therapy is hiring a Therapy Aide for a PRN role supporting patient treatments and clinic operations. Under the direction of licensed clinicians, the aide helps patients reach treatment areas, prepares and cleans treatment rooms, maintains therapeutic equipment, and may assist with front desk duties such as answering and directing calls. The position offers direct exposure to patient care, observation hours for physical therapy school or healthcare applications, and potential career progression within a nationwide physical therapy practice. Ongoing training, mentorship, and professional development are part of the organization’s approach. Year-round availability is required; seasonal availability is not accommodated. The schedule calls for Monday and Wednesday afternoon coverage, with the possibility of additional afternoon hours on other days and floating to nearby clinics. Pay is $13.33–$14 per hour.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED at minimum; documentation of the highest level of education obtained is required.
Consistent, ongoing availability throughout the year; seasonal hires are not accommodated.
Occasional lifting of at least 50 lbs, consistent with patient care.
Occasional carrying of at least 50 lbs, consistent with patient care.
Occasional pushing of 0–300 lbs, consistent with patient care.
Frequent lifting and carrying of 0–50 lbs, consistent with patient care.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Greet patients and assist them to the treatment area as directed by a therapist or therapist assistant.
Clean treatment rooms and prepare them for the next patient.
Maintain the cleanliness of therapeutic equipment.
Answer and direct telephone calls.
Occasionally support front desk duties and help maintain clinic flow.
