PRN Therapy Aide
About The Position
PT Solutions Physical Therapy is hiring an entry-level Physical Therapy Aide to support patient treatments, assist licensed clinicians, and help maintain smooth clinic operations. The role offers hands-on exposure to patient care under a physical therapist, opportunities to build relationships with patients, and observation hours for PT school or healthcare applications. The aide may also support front desk duties and contributes to a collaborative, evidence-based care environment. PT Solutions offers ongoing training, mentorship, and opportunities for career progression. Year-round, consistent availability is required; seasonal-only availability cannot be accommodated.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED at minimum; documentation of the highest level of education obtained is required.
- Consistent, ongoing availability throughout the year; seasonal hires who work only during summer and return for breaks cannot be accommodated.
- Occasional lifting of 50 pounds or more and occasional carrying of 50 pounds or more, consistent with patient care.
- Occasional pushing of 0–300 pounds, consistent with patient care.
- Frequent lifting and carrying of 0–50 pounds, consistent with patient care.

- Customer service experience.
Responsibilities
- Greet patients and assist them to the treatment area as directed by a therapist or therapist assistant.
- Clean treatment rooms and prepare them for the next patient.
- Maintain the cleanliness of therapeutic equipment.
- Answer and direct telephone calls.
