About The Position

PT Solutions Physical Therapy is seeking an entry-level Physical Therapy Aide to support patient treatments, assist licensed clinicians, and help maintain smooth clinic operations. The role provides direct exposure to patient care under the leadership of a physical therapist, opportunities to observe for PT school or healthcare applications, and potential career progression within a nationwide physical therapy practice. The position requires consistent, ongoing availability throughout the year; seasonal hires who work only during summer and return for breaks cannot be accommodated. The PRN schedule varies, and greater flexibility is preferred.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED at minimum; documentation of the highest level of education obtained is required.
• Consistent, ongoing availability throughout the year; seasonal availability is not accommodated.
• Occasional lifting of at least 50 pounds consistent with patient care.
• Occasional carrying of at least 50 pounds consistent with patient care.
• Occasional pushing of 0–300 pounds consistent with patient care.
• Frequent lifting and carrying of 0–50 pounds consistent with patient care.

Nice To Haves

• Customer service experience.
• Flexibility with the PRN schedule.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and escort them to the treatment area as directed by a therapist or therapist assistant.
• Clean treatment rooms and prepare them for the next patient.
• Maintain the cleanliness of therapeutic equipment.
• Answer and direct telephone calls.
