About The Position
Total Primary Care is seeking a compassionate, motivated Therapist with EMDR certification to provide behavioral health support to patients. The Therapist will work alongside primary care providers in a collaborative care environment, helping address patients’ behavioral health needs and supporting whole-person wellness.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in social work, counseling, or a related field.
- Current state license (LCSW or LPC).
- EMDR certification.
- Empathetic, proactive, and team-oriented approach.

Responsibilities
- Partner with primary care providers to identify and support patients’ behavioral health needs.
