About The Position
Total Primary Care is seeking a compassionate and motivated EMDR-certified Therapist to provide behavioral health support to patients in a collaborative primary care setting. The Therapist will work alongside medical providers to address patients’ behavioral health needs and support whole-person care, connecting physical and mental health.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in social work, counseling, or a related field.
- Current state license (LCSW or LPC).
- EMDR certification.
- Empathetic, proactive, and team-oriented approach.

Responsibilities
- Partner with primary care providers to identify and support patients’ behavioral health needs.
