About The Position

Clarvida is seeking a dedicated Therapist to support children and youth from newborn through age 18 who are involved in the child welfare system. The Therapist provides individualized, trauma-informed therapy to children and families in their homes and community settings, helping them navigate critical moments and build healthier futures. The position offers flexibility, meaningful clinical work, and supervisory support, with opportunities to build lasting relationships with families and deliver services where they are most impactful.

The role is community-based and in-home in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Full-time compensation is $48,400–$62,400 per year, based on 20–25 client hours per week, with opportunities for salary increases based on client hours.

Requirements

• Be licensed or able to become licensed in Indiana as an LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, or LSW.
• Have a valid Indiana Driver’s License in good standing.
• Maintain active state-minimum auto insurance.
• Be able to work independently in community and in-home settings.
• Be able to pass all required background checks.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and family therapy to children and youth involved in the child welfare system.
• Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Deliver therapy services in homes, foster homes, schools, and community settings.
• Support children and families through emotional and behavioral challenges.
• Collaborate with families, case teams, and community partners.
• Participate in Child and Family Team Meetings and court-related processes as needed.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation.
• Manage an independent caseload while participating in supervision and team meetings.
