About The Position

This is a part-time remote role for a licensed associate therapist (LMHCA or LCSWA) in North Carolina. The position offers a caseload that matters, free supervision toward full licensure, and eliminates administrative burdens. Daybreak provides stability, flexibility, and work with real impact. The role involves providing evidence-based teletherapy to K–12 students across North Carolina, collaborating with school counselors and families statewide. Responsibilities include participating in weekly individual and group supervision, case consultations, and contributing to clinical program development.

Requirements

  • Active LMHCA or LCSWA license in North Carolina.
  • Experience or strong interest in working with school-aged youth and families.
  • Comfortable with telehealth and EHR systems.
  • Available Mon–Fri 3–8 PM.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in CBT, DBT, or similar modalities.
  • Prior school-based or youth-focused experience.
  • Bilingual Spanish/English fluency.

Responsibilities
