About The Position

This is a part-time, remote position for an LMHCA or LCSWA in the Asheville area who is seeking meaningful work with youth. The role offers guaranteed pay, clinical growth through free supervision, and a stable W2 employment status. The therapist will provide teletherapy to K-12 students across North Carolina, collaborating with school counselors and families. The position includes weekly individual and group supervision and case consultations. The work schedule is Monday-Friday from 3 PM to 8 PM, and administrative tasks such as billing, credentialing, and scheduling are handled by the company.

Requirements

  • Active LMHCA or LCSWA in North Carolina.
  • Experience or strong interest in youth and family-focused care.
  • Comfort with telehealth and familiarity with EHR systems.
  • Availability Monday-Friday from 3 PM to 8 PM.

Nice To Haves

  • Training in CBT, DBT, or similar evidence-based modalities.
  • School-based or pediatric clinical experience.
  • Bilingual Spanish/English fluency.
