About The Position

This role is for an associate clinician (LMHCA or LCSWA) in the Greensboro area looking for part-time remote work with real clinical support. The position is designed for clinicians at an early-career stage. The work involves providing evidence-based teletherapy to K–12 students across North Carolina. Responsibilities include collaborating with school counselors and families statewide, and participating in weekly supervision and case consultations.

Requirements

  • Active LMHCA or LCSWA in North Carolina (required — pre-licensure and other license types cannot be considered)
  • Comfort with telehealth and EHR platforms
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with youth and families
  • Available Mon–Fri 3–8 PM

Nice To Haves

  • CBT, DBT, or related modality experience
  • School or youth clinical background
  • Bilingual Spanish/English fluency

Responsibilities
