About The Position
This role is for an LSW or LPC in the Rockford area who desires meaningful remote work with youth, ensuring pay stability and career growth. The demand for quality school-based mental health support in Northern Illinois is increasing, aligning with the growth of Rockford's behavioral health workforce. This position offers fully remote work from anywhere in Illinois, flexible hours including evenings and weekends, and zero administrative burden as the company handles billing, scheduling support, and credentialing. The therapist will provide teletherapy to K-12 students in Illinois school districts, collaborating with school counselors and fostering relationships with students and families. Regular case consultations and team discussions are part of the role.
Requirements
- Active LSW or LPC in Illinois (required — we are unable to consider pre-licensure applicants)
- Experience or strong interest in youth and family-focused care
- Telehealth comfort and EHR familiarity
- Available Mon–Fri afternoons/evenings (weekends available too)
Nice To Haves
- CBT, DBT, or similar evidence-based modality training
- School-based or pediatric clinical experience
- Active NPI and CAQH
