About The Position
This role is for a newly licensed or early-career therapist (LSW or LPC) in Central Illinois seeking a remote caseload with clinical support. The position offers covered supervision hours, flexible scheduling, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact. The goal is to retain local talent by providing a supportive environment for therapists to gain experience and hours. The work involves delivering teletherapy to K-12 students in Illinois school districts, collaborating with school counselors and families, and utilizing evidence-based approaches within a growing clinical team.
Requirements
- Active LSW or LPC in Illinois (required — we cannot hire pre-licensure candidates at this time)
- Interest in or experience with youth and family therapy
- Comfortable with telehealth platforms and EHR systems
- Available Mon–Fri afternoons/evenings
Nice To Haves
- CBT, DBT, or similar modality training
- School-based or youth clinical experience
- Active NPI and CAQH
