About The Position
This role is for a licensed associate therapist (LSW or LPC) in Illinois who is seeking a meaningful caseload, free supervision hours towards full licensure, and relief from administrative burdens. The position offers flexibility with income stability, providing a supportive environment for therapists at this career stage. Requirements
- Active LSW or LPC in Illinois (required — we are not able to hire pre-licensure candidates at this time)
- Experience or strong interest in working with school-aged youth and families
- Comfortable with telehealth and EHR systems
- Available Mon–Fri afternoons/evenings (weekend slots also available)
Nice To Haves
- Experience in CBT, DBT, or similar modalities
- Prior school-based or youth-focused experience
- Active NPI and CAQH
Responsibilities
- Provide evidence-based teletherapy to K–12 students in Chicago-area school districts.
- Collaborate with school counselors and families.
- Participate in case consultations.
- Contribute to clinical program development.
