About The Position
Daybreak Health is actively recruiting bilingual Spanish/English therapists to serve our growing caseload of Latino students and families in the Aurora and Elgin area. This is a remote, associate-level role (LSW or LPC) with free supervision, guaranteed pay, and flexible scheduling. The Aurora and Elgin communities have significant Spanish-speaking populations, and the need for culturally competent, bilingual care in our partner school districts is urgent. Requirements
- Active LSW or LPC in Illinois (required — pre-licensure applicants cannot be considered)
- Bilingual Spanish/English fluency
- Comfort with telehealth and EHR platforms
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with youth and families
- Availability Mon–Fri afternoons/evenings
Nice To Haves
- CBT, DBT, or related modality experience
- School or youth clinical background
- Active NPI and CAQH
Responsibilities
- Provide evidence-based teletherapy to K–12 students in Illinois school districts.
- Collaborate with school counselors.
- Support families with psychoeducation.
- Participate in a close-knit clinical team with regular case consultations.
