About The Position

Daybreak Health is actively recruiting bilingual Spanish/English associate clinicians (LMHCA or LCSWA) in the Siler City area. This is a part-time W2 remote role with free supervision, guaranteed pay, and consistent Mon–Fri afternoon hours. Siler City's community is majority Spanish-speaking, yet bilingual mental health resources remain critically scarce. If you're an LMHCA or LCSWA who speaks Spanish and wants to make a real difference in an underserved community — this role was made for you. You'll provide evidence-based teletherapy to K–12 students across North Carolina, collaborating with school counselors and families statewide. Weekly individual and group supervision and case consultations are a regular part of the role.
