About The Position

Daybreak Health is actively recruiting bilingual Spanish/English associate clinicians (LMHCA or LCSWA) in the Triangle area. This is a part-time W2 remote role with free supervision, guaranteed pay, and consistent Mon–Fri afternoon/evening hours. The Raleigh-Durham area has a significant and fast-growing Latino population, and students across North Carolina need bilingual clinicians now. If you speak Spanish and want to serve your community — we want to hear from you.

Requirements

  • Active LMHCA or LCSWA in North Carolina
  • Bilingual Spanish/English fluency
  • Interest in or experience with youth and family therapy
  • Comfortable with telehealth and EHR systems
  • Available Mon–Fri 3–8 PM

Nice To Haves

  • CBT, DBT, or similar modality training
  • School-based or youth clinical experience

Responsibilities

  • Provide teletherapy to K–12 students across North Carolina.
  • Collaborate with school counselors and families statewide.
  • Participate in weekly supervision and case consultations.
