About The Position
Daybreak Health is actively recruiting bilingual Spanish/English associate clinicians (LMHCA or LCSWA) in the Triangle area. This is a part-time W2 remote role with free supervision, guaranteed pay, and consistent Mon–Fri afternoon/evening hours. The Raleigh-Durham area has a significant and fast-growing Latino population, and students across North Carolina need bilingual clinicians now. Requirements
- Active LMHCA or LCSWA in North Carolina
- Bilingual Spanish/English fluency
- Interest in or experience with youth and family therapy
- Comfortable with telehealth and EHR systems
- Available Mon–Fri 3–8 PM
Nice To Haves
- CBT, DBT, or similar modality training
- School-based or youth clinical experience
Responsibilities
- Provide teletherapy to K–12 students across North Carolina.
- Collaborate with school counselors and families statewide.
- Participate in weekly supervision and case consultations.
