Daybreak Health is actively recruiting bilingual Spanish/English associate clinicians (LMHCA or LCSWA) to serve our growing caseload of Latino students and families across North Carolina. This is a part-time W2 remote role with free supervision, guaranteed pay, and consistent afternoon/evening hours. Charlotte's Latino community is the largest in North Carolina, and the need for culturally competent bilingual mental health care for students statewide is urgent. Weekly individual and group supervision, case consultations, and clinical team discussions are core parts of the role.
