About The Position
Daybreak Health is actively recruiting bilingual Spanish/English therapists to serve our growing caseload of Latino students and families across Illinois. This is a remote, associate-level role (LSW or LPC) with free supervision, guaranteed pay, and flexible scheduling. Many of our partner school districts serve large Spanish-speaking communities, and the need for culturally competent, bilingual care is significant. If you're bilingual and passionate about serving Latino youth — this role was built for you.
Requirements
- Active LSW or LPC in Illinois (required — we are not able to hire pre-licensure candidates at this time)
- Bilingual Spanish/English fluency
- Experience or strong interest in working with school-aged youth and families
- Comfortable with telehealth and EHR systems
- Available Mon–Fri afternoons/evenings (weekend slots also available)
Nice To Haves
- Experience in CBT, DBT, or similar modalities
- Prior school-based or youth-focused experience
- Active NPI and CAQH
Responsibilities
- Provide evidence-based teletherapy to K–12 students in Chicago-area school districts.
- Collaborate with school counselors and families.
- Participate in case consultations.
- Contribute to clinical program development as we grow.
