About The Position

Aquestive Therapeutics is hiring a Therapeutic Specialty Representative (TSR) to support the launch of Anaphylm™, a potential non-invasive, orally delivered epinephrine product for severe allergic reactions, including anaphylaxis. The TSR will introduce the product to healthcare providers and explain how it is designed to address barriers that can prevent patients from carrying and administering epinephrine. The role focuses on educating providers, building trusted relationships, and driving product adoption. It is suited to sales professionals who thrive in a launch environment and want to contribute to clinical impact. The TSR develops and executes territory business plans, uses prescribing, payer, and competitive information to prioritize opportunities, and works with Regional Sales Managers to align field activity with commercial strategy. The role includes compliant clinical education, stakeholder engagement, managing access barriers and pull-through, and organizing customer programs. Representatives maintain accurate CRM records, comply with sampling and promotional requirements, report adverse events and product complaints, and share field intelligence to inform company strategy. The role requires a bachelor's degree, at least three years of successful pharmaceutical, specialty, or B2B sales experience, payer-access knowledge, analytical skills, and willingness to travel overnight 50%. Preferred qualifications include launch experience in specialty or allergy markets, specialty pharmacy or hub services experience, and experience selling products addressing adherence or administration barriers. The expected salary range is $125,000–$150,000 per year. Available benefits include bonus eligibility, health care and other insurance benefits for the employee and family, retirement benefits, paid holidays, vacation, and sick days.
