About The Position

Aquestive Therapeutics is hiring a Therapeutic Specialty Representative (TSR) to support the launch of Anaphylm™, a potential non-invasive, orally delivered epinephrine product for severe allergic reactions, including anaphylaxis. The TSR will introduce the product to healthcare providers and explain how it is designed to address barriers that prevent patients from carrying and administering epinephrine. The representative will build provider relationships and drive product adoption while working in a launch environment focused on clinical impact. The role includes developing territory business plans, educating healthcare providers, navigating payer access, coordinating customer programs, maintaining accurate CRM records, and sharing field intelligence. The representative must follow company, industry, promotional, sampling, and reporting requirements. Overnight travel of 50% is expected for customer meetings, conferences, and sales meetings. The expected salary range is $125,000–$150,000 per year. Available benefits include bonus eligibility, health care and other insurance benefits for the employee and family, retirement benefits, paid holidays, vacation, and sick days. Final candidates must complete a drug test and background check before employment begins.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree.
At least 3 years of successful pharmaceutical, specialty, or B2B sales experience, with a proven record of exceeding targets.
Deep understanding of payer coverage, prior authorization workflows, and navigating access barriers.
Strong analytical skills and demonstrated ability to translate data into actionable territory strategies.
Willingness to travel overnight 50% for customer meetings, conferences, and sales meetings.

Responsibilities

Design and execute territory business plans to identify high-potential accounts and drive measurable market penetration.
Analyze prescribing patterns, payer landscapes, and competitive dynamics to prioritize efforts and maximize return on investment.
Partner with Regional Sales Managers to align field execution with broader commercial strategy.
Deliver compelling, compliant clinical presentations about Anaphylm and its potential to address unmet patient needs.
Build trust-based relationships with key prescribers, practice administrators, and healthcare stakeholders through consistent engagement and authentic dialogue.
Address clinical objections with insight and empathy, positioning Anaphylm in relation to real-world challenges.
Master national, regional, and local payer coverage dynamics within the territory.
Collaborate with Market Access to overcome prior authorization barriers and support patient onboarding.
Drive formulary wins and in-office pull-through by equipping providers with appropriate tools and knowledge.
Coordinate customer engagement programs, including lunch-and-learns and speaker events.
Maintain accurate CRM records, including call notes, payer feedback, sampling activity, and strategic next steps.
Ensure compliance with PDMA sampling requirements, adverse event and product complaint reporting, and promotional guidelines.
Share customer insights, competitive intelligence, and best practices to inform organizational strategy.
Contribute to continuous learning and improvement across the sales organization.
Maintain compliance with company and industry standards, corporate policies, training, and legal and regulatory requirements.
