About The Position

Aquestive Therapeutics is hiring a Therapeutic Specialty Representative (TSR) to support the launch of Anaphylm™, a potential non-invasive, orally delivered epinephrine product for severe allergic reactions, including anaphylaxis. The representative will introduce the product to healthcare providers and explain how its dissolvable, under-the-tongue film is designed to address barriers to carrying and administering epinephrine. The role focuses on educating providers, building trusted relationships, and driving product adoption and patient access within an assigned territory. This position is suited to sales professionals who thrive in a launch environment and are motivated by clinical impact. The TSR will develop territory strategy, deliver compliant clinical education, navigate payer access challenges, execute customer programs, maintain accurate CRM records, and provide field intelligence to inform commercial strategy. The role requires overnight travel of 50% for customer meetings, conferences, and sales meetings. The expected salary range is $125,000–$150,000 per year. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree.
At least 3 years of successful pharmaceutical, specialty, or B2B sales experience, with a proven record of exceeding targets.
Deep understanding of payer coverage, prior authorization workflows, and navigating access barriers.
Strong analytical skills and demonstrated ability to translate data into actionable territory strategies.
Willingness to travel overnight 50% for customer meetings, conferences, and sales meetings.
Ability to comply with company and industry standards for sampling, adverse event and product complaint reporting, promotional dialogue, and CRM documentation.

Responsibilities

Design and execute territory business plans to identify high-potential accounts and drive measurable market penetration.
Analyze prescribing patterns, payer landscapes, and competitive dynamics to prioritize territory efforts and maximize return on investment.
Partner with Regional Sales Managers to align field execution with broader commercial strategy.
Deliver compelling, compliant clinical presentations demonstrating Anaphylm’s value in addressing unmet patient needs.
Build trust-based relationships with prescribers, practice administrators, and other healthcare stakeholders through consistent engagement and authentic dialogue.
Address clinical objections with insight and empathy, positioning Anaphylm as a solution to real-world challenges.
Understand national, regional, and local payer coverage dynamics across the territory.
Collaborate with Market Access to overcome prior authorization barriers and support seamless patient onboarding.
Drive formulary wins and in-office pull-through by equipping providers with appropriate tools and knowledge.
Organize customer engagement programs, including lunch-and-learns and speaker events.
Maintain accurate CRM records, including call notes, payer feedback, sampling activity, and strategic next steps.
Comply with PDMA sampling requirements, adverse event and product complaint reporting requirements, and promotional guidelines.
Share customer insights, competitive intelligence, and best practices with the organization.
Contribute to continuous learning and improvement across the sales organization.
Maintain alignment with corporate policies, training, and legal and regulatory requirements.
