About The Position

Come be a part of Silver Dollar City’s Entertainment Team. We are looking for candidates who are outgoing, have a guest service focus, and take pride in keeping their work area clean. You will be helping our guests experience World Renown Entertainment at One of America’s Top 10 Parks. Festivals and shows will change throughout our season, giving you different experiences for every festival. This position will start 6/5/26 and end 8/2/2026. Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

  • Meet and greet guests as Host inside and outside of the theater
  • Provide customer service including answering questions specific to assigned venue or questions general to the park.
  • Ensure the safety of guests in and around the venue.
  • Ensure cleanliness of venue inside of the theater, outside of the theater, and backstage areas; Use brooms, mops, vacuums, and leaf blowers as trained.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of Safety Standards and Emergency Procedures per training; Implement and direct evacuation procedures in the case of an emergency.
  • Interact with fellow employees without distracting them while maintaining a positive, team-oriented attitude.
  • Communicate with team members via two-way radio as needed.
  • Solve problems with minimal supervision; Be self-motivated and self-directed.
  • Must be flexible with hours and responsibilities.
