About The Position

THE POLAR EXPRESS™ is a licensed event through Rail Events Inc. and Warner Brothers Studios. It is a theatrical show based on the movie THE POLAR EXPRESS™ that takes place on a moving train. The POLAR EXPRESS™ Steward provides the primary source of entertainment for our guests; welcoming passengers aboard, leading Christmas carols, playing various characters and serving as the guide throughout the THE POLAR EXPRESS™.

Requirements

• Outgoing, friendly, and engaging personality
• Must be high energy and have the ability to perform multiple shows per night.
• Must be comfortable performing in front of crowds of 50 or less
• Ability to sing and lead carols
• Ability to lift 25 pounds

Nice To Haves

• Experience in acting or dancing strongly preferred

Responsibilities

• Entertain 24-42 Guests per show, 2-3 shows per night
• Safely board and de-board guests
• Clean and inventory props
• Serve Hot Chocolate & Cookies to guests aboard the train
• Maintaining a clean work environment (tidy car between trips, wipe windows, clear tables, etc)
• Other duties as assigned
