About The Position

FCCI Insurance Group is seeking a Territory Underwriting Manager for their Surplus Lines casualty business. This role is responsible for the profitable growth of the Excess & Surplus line of business, including production, underwriting, sales, and service. The position is based in Texas, preferably in the Dallas metro area or Austin, and is field-based with travel throughout the assigned territory. The manager will oversee profitable growth, underwrite and service complex accounts and large agency relationships, mentor teammates, deliver training, and assist in developing underwriting guidelines and products. Collaboration with Admitted counterparts on cross-sell opportunities and joint marketing efforts is also a key responsibility.
